We cover a 15 mile radius from Olney (MK46). Delivery is free within 5 miles. Delivery charges apply if over 5 miles. Please contact us if you are 15+ miles and we will try to accommodate.

We require a non-refundable £50 security deposit at the time of booking and this will be deducted from the balance of your booking.

You may cancel your booking at any time, but your £50 security deposit is non-refundable. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for our for full cancellation policy.

There is a maximum of 25 children to one princess. If you are planning a larger party we recommend booking two princesses. This is so that we can deliver quality parties, and can give each child enough attention.

Our parties are suitable for children of any age from 3 years old+. All of our games and activities will be suitable for the age range of the children at your party.

Yes, all of our princesses have up to date DBS checks.

We have public liability insurance.
